After a long battle with our previous data center, we have finally moved to a new company that has proven on a regular basis that they were an excellent choice for this move.  The company we’re now hosted with knows exactly what they’re doing when it comes to just about everything and their speed and dedication is enough to make anyone extremely happy.

As of Tuesday (July 8, 2008) we’re in the process of moving clients from the previous server to the new one.  We’ve completed three sets of transfers so far, this is the category of anyone with a domain name starting with # to P.  The remaining accounts (as of right now) will be completed within the next half hour or so.

Over the course of the next couple of days, clients will be worked into our new billing software.  We’re now using the WHMCS software which completely automates our business, it also makes staying in touch with our clients a lot easier as well.  This system not only houses all of our billing based software, but our support based software as well.

In regards to billing, this software will give those with multiple domains the ability to keep track of everything without having to fish through our old Paypal method.  They’ll be able to add and subtract domains, they’ll also be able to upgrade or downgrade their account.  With everything being at the click of a button, clients should have no problem with customizing just about everything.
